Which, according to you, is the best programming language? Doesn't matter what you use it for.

I don't know much about languages but I think that most people like JAVA.

I personally prefer Visual Basic, It is very simple to use, i was programming with it after using it for only a week or two.

My brother uses that language sometimes and he said that you can do things "visually" in that program and you don't need to worry about coding a lot.

For software development I prefer to use JAVA (I don't know much  more Smiley ) and for web base programming, it's PHP.

For beginners SAP or Visual Basic or ASP they are very simple but I suggest JAVA and open source Language are having good future than other softwares so java & PHP are best for in future..But at starting level you can learn one very easy programming concept..

I agree, its definitely a good thing to learn any web based languages. Its the wave of the future
